Return policy:-

We do not accept returns after the sale as we have certain limits, but as a company we consider it our duty to look after the best interests of our customers.

For this we have set up an exchange and refund policy.Customers can use this policy at their convenience.Within the limits of this policy , you may at any time take a refund of the Jewelery sold to you by us to your bank account or exchange your old jewelery for new jewelery.


Lifetime Exchange :-

If you want to exchange or Upgrade Your jewelery ( Should not be Customised) With new Designs

Customers will get 100% value for gold and 100% value for moissonite used in jewellery.

making charges would be deducted 100% on the returning product.

GST would be deducted on the returning product.

As we have clarified that the customer will get 100% price for gold and for mossanite at the time of exchange.wages 100% and GST both will not be paid. We are making this process easy and simple in the interest of the customers.

1. If you wish to exchange the jewellery, we will deduct 20% (as making charges and GST) on the MRP ( Not on Invoice Price ) of your old purchased jewellery.

2. If you have availed any discount/cashback/freebies at the time of purchase of jewelery earlier, the same will be deducted from the MRP in addition to 20%.

In case of exchange , the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the valuation of the old product before dispatch.


Refund/Cash Back(sell your jewelery back to us):-

If you want to Refund for the jewelery ( Should not be Customised)sold by us.

Customers will get 100% value for gold and 90%value for moissonite used in jewellery.

making charges would be deducted 100% on the returning product.

As we have clarified that the customer will get 100% price for gold and 90%for mossanite at the time of refund ( Cash Back ). Making charges 100% will not be paid.We are making this process easy and simple in the interest of the customers.

1. If you wish to Refund we will deduct 35% (as Making charges, loss on recycling of jewellery & other expenses) on the MRP ( Not on Invoice Price ) of your Previous purchased jewellery.

2. If you have availed any discount/cashback/freebies at the time of purchase of jewelery earlier, the same will be deducted from the MRP in addition to 35%.


Custom order Cancel/ Return/Refund/Exchange policy :-

*For custom orders ,50% of the estimated amount is to be paid in advance , which is non refundable remaining amount is to be paid after the completion of order ( before shipping )

*If you cancel your order after we have started making your Jewellery but before shipping it, the amount paid by you which is 50% of the estimated Jewellery amount and is non-refundable as we mentioned above , will be charged by us as restocking fee.

*We do not provide cancellation facility after shipping for customized orders.

*We do not provide exchange/ return/ refund on any personalized and customised product sold.

Order Cancellations ( Other then Customised ):-

*If you cancel the order before shipping, we will charge 5% of the amount paid by you as Order Processing & Payment Gateway Fee.The balance amount will be transferred to your account via account payee check within seven working days.

*We do not accept returns if you cancel the order after shipping.Our refund and exchange policy will applicable for orders cancelled after shipping.Within the limits of this policy , you may at any time take a refund of the Jewelery sold to you by us to your bank account or exchange your old jewelery for new jewelery.


Important Note

* No returns, exchange , refund will be accepted for jewellery purchase d in sale.

*Original/copy of invoice and original product certificate must be produced along with the jewelery for refund or exchange.

*Upon receipt of your returned item, our quality assessment department will review the item.If any item is altered , resized ( By any other jeweller )or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange.

*Product with any Physical damage on moissanite due to mishandling or any abnormal act done by the jewellery purchaser shall not be considered for refund or exchange.

*The refund or exchange amount will be decided by our team based on the terms mentioned above. If any Discount/cashback/ freebies/promo code have been used at the time of original purchase, the amount will be deducted from MRP.

*GST will be charged on the refundable amount as per the prescribed rates for all refund transactions. Presently this rate is 3% percent.

*In case of refund,the payment Shall be made by way of an account payee check or NEFT transfer to your bank account in the same name as of invoice within 30 days of receipt of product. We may request you for your bank account details before initiating the refund.

*paurvi reserves all pricing rights regarding refund and exchange of jewellery as quality inspection plays a very important role in pricing.

*To return your jewellery you should email us before returning to us. You can email us and get confirmation of return shipment. All further communication for refund or exchange will be held through emails.If you ship the items before receiving a shipping confirmation from us we can not guarantees your refund.

*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning jewellery. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you don't pay the shipping cost the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

*We always recommends using air trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance otherwise we don't guarantee that we will receive your return item. Also we won't be able to help you in case the item is missing or lost during shipping.


Return/refund/exchange policy for Overseas Buyers:-

Our return/refund/exchange policy is only valid on Jewelery sold and delivered within the Republic of India. We do not provide return refund exchange on any goods sold to overseas buyers.

customers from outside the Republic of India are also part of our family & highly Valuable for us. we want provide this facility to them.But In jewelry sold outside India, there is an involvement of the customs department of both the countries.The rules for getting jewelery from abroad for refund or exchange are very complicated and expensive.

We apologize for not being able to offer refund and exchange facilities to our overseas customers.We assure that we try our best to take care of customer's satisfaction and preferences while making jewelry so that our overseas customers are satisfied.In fact, the basis of a company's progress is customer satisfaction.
